We are currently seeking talented and dependable Agency Chefs to support a range of hospitality and catering clients across Kettering, including hotels, restaurants, care homes, schools, event venues, and contract catering operations.

Key Responsibilities
- Preparing and cooking high-quality food to client specifications.
- Maintaining exceptional standards of food hygiene and kitchen cleanliness.
- Supporting kitchen teams during busy service periods.
- Ensuring compliance with food safety and health & safety regulations.
- Managing stock rotation and minimising food waste.
- Working efficiently within established kitchen brigades or independently when required.
What We're Looking For
- Previous experience as a Chef de Partie, Sous Chef, Head Chef, or similar.
- Strong knowledge of food safety and kitchen operations.
- Food Hygiene Certificate (Level 2 or above preferred).
- Ability to adapt quickly to new working environments.
- A professional, reliable, and flexible attitude.
- Own transport is beneficial but not essential.
