Key Responsibilities
- Preparing and cooking high-quality meals in line with client requirements.
- Maintaining excellent food hygiene, health & safety, and cleanliness standards.
- Supporting kitchen teams during busy service periods.
- Assisting with menu preparation, stock control, and food storage.
- Ensuring all dishes are prepared and presented to a high standard.
- Adapting quickly to different kitchen environments and teams.
Requirements
- Previous experience as a Chef de Partie, Sous Chef, Head Chef, or similar culinary role.
- Strong understanding of food safety and kitchen operations.
- Food Hygiene Certificate (Level 2 minimum preferred).
- Ability to work efficiently under pressure.
- Flexible, professional, and dependable approach to work.
- Own transport is advantageous but not essential.
