Part-Time Account Manager / Client Liaison

The Opportunity

As the face of the business, you will manage and develop key customer accounts, meeting clients throughout Central London and maintaining strong relationships through regular review meetings, networking events, lunches, and coffee catch-ups.
You will play a crucial role in identifying upcoming projects, uncovering opportunities for additional services, and ensuring clients continue to receive an outstanding level of service.
The role is based from our Sidcup office, with frequent travel to Central London.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing clients.
- Conduct regular account review meetings.
- Arrange and attend client lunches, coffee meetings, and networking events.
- Identify upcoming projects and business opportunities within existing accounts.
- Work closely with internal teams to ensure excellent service delivery.
- Develop a thorough understanding of client requirements and future needs.
- Promote the full range of products and services offered by the business.
- Maintain regular contact with key decision-makers.
- Generate repeat business and referrals through proactive relationship management.
- Represent the company professionally at all times.

- Previous experience in Account Management, Business Development, Sales, or Client Relationship Management.

- Able and willing to travel throughout Central London for client meetings.
