We are recruiting an experienced Electrical Maintenance Engineer / Multi Skilled Engineer to join a modern, highly automated manufacturing site in Derbyshire.
This is a great opportunity for engineers from manufacturing, FMCG, or industrial backgrounds looking to develop their skills in automation, PLC control systems, and advanced production equipment.

🔧 Key Responsibilities
- Planned preventative maintenance (PPM) and reactive maintenance
- Electrical and mechanical fault finding
- Maintain and repair automated production lines
- Work on PLC-controlled machinery, drives, motors & sensors
- Support continuous improvement and reliability initiatives
- Use CMMS systems (SAP / Maximo)
- Ensure compliance with health & safety standards
🎯 Requirements
Essential:
- Experience as a Maintenance Engineer / Electrical Engineer / Multi Skilled Engineer
- Manufacturing / FMCG / industrial background
- Strong fault-finding and maintenance experience
- Experience with PPM and breakdown maintenance
Preferred:
- Electrical maintenance skills
- Experience with automation, PLCs, or production lines
- Multi-skilled capability
🔄 Shift Pattern
Rotating 3-shift pattern:
- 06:00 - 14:30 (Fri 06:00 - 12:00)
- 14:30 - 23:00 (Fri 12:00-18:00)
- Sun 20:30 - 06:00, 23:00 - 06:00
