Sales Administrator - Sidcup - Mon to Fri 8am till 5pm

100% office based

Overview

We are seeking a motivated and organised Sales Administrator to join our small but busy, fast-paced team. This role is ideal for someone who thrives under pressure, is highly detail-oriented, and enjoys working to deadlines while delivering excellent customer service.


Key Responsibilities

  • Taking customer orders over the phone in a professional and efficient manner
  • Processing and managing customer orders accurately
  • Preparing and issuing invoices
  • Handling customer queries and providing excellent customer service
  • Maintaining accurate records of orders, invoices, and customer details
  • Supporting the wider sales team with administrative tasks
  • Working at pace to meet daily deadlines and business targets

Requirements

  • Strong communication skills, particularly over the phone
  • Excellent organisational and time management skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines
  • High attention to detail and accuracy
  • Previous experience in a sales administration or customer service role (preferred)
  • Good IT skills, including Microsoft Office
  • Ability to work both independently and as part of a team

Working Hours

  • Monday to Friday
  • 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM
