This is an excellent opportunity for a strong chef looking to step into a key leadership role within a high-quality, fast-paced environment.Working closely with the Head Chef, you will play a crucial role in delivering exceptional standards while supporting and developing the wider team.<hr /><h3>The Role</h3>As Sous Chef, you will support the day-to-day running of the kitchen, ensuring service runs smoothly while maintaining consistency, quality and efficiency. You will step up to lead the kitchen in the Head Chef's absence and act as a key figure within the team.
