Chef de Partie - 4★ Hotel
📍 Bridgwater
💷 £29,700 per annum
⏰ 5 days out of 7 | Straight shifts Start times between 12pm-2pm and finish at 10pm when room service finishes.
We are looking for a passionate and reliable Chef de Partie to join the kitchen team at a well-established 4-star hotel in Bridgwater.
This is a fantastic opportunity for a dedicated chef who is keen to grow within a professional kitchen, with clear opportunities for development and progression.
The Role:
- Running your own section and ensuring high standards at all times
- Preparing and delivering quality dishes across hotel services
- Supporting the Sous and Head Chef in daily kitchen operations
- Maintaining excellent food hygiene, safety, and presentation
- Assisting with stock control and kitchen organisation
- Contributing to a smooth and efficient service
What we're looking for:
- Experience as a Chef de Partie or strong Commis ready to step up
- Passion for fresh food and quality ingredients
- Ability to work well under pressure in a busy kitchen
- Strong team player with good communication skills
- Commitment to learning and developing your culinary skills
