We are looking for a friendly and customer-focused Customer Service Assistant / Waiter/Waitress to join our team at a busy Business & Industry (B&I) café in Weymouth.

This is a fantastic opportunity for someone who enjoys working with people and wants a great work-life balance with no evenings or weekends.

Key Responsibilities:

• Providing excellent front-of-house service to customers
• Taking orders and serving food and beverages
• Maintaining a clean and welcoming café environment
• Operating tills and handling payments
• Supporting the wider team during busy periods

What we're looking for:

• A positive attitude and strong customer service skills
• Friendly, approachable, and professional manner
• Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
• Reliable with good timekeeping
• Previous hospitality experience is preferred but not essential
