Chef de Partie - Eastleigh - £30k-32kp/a

The role:

A unique hotel and entertainment are based in Eastleigh are looking for an experienced Chef de Partie, Using the finest local ingredients, guests expect amazing fresh food - The right CDP will ensure all food is prepared, cooked and presented to a high standard.

Key Information:

*Salary: £30k-32kp/a

* Hours: 5/7 days, 40 hours, straight shifts

Location: Eastleigh

*Contract: Permanent

Chef de Partie Responsibilities:

* To ensure the food preparation and presentation meets the required standards

* To keep all working areas clean and tidy

* To supervise and motivate the team when required

* To comply with hotel's health and safety and food safety legislations

* To monitor portion control, fresh food, and dry store orders

Required skills include:

*A good understanding of produce and ingredients

*Experience in the kitchen and passion for hospitality

*Basic knowledge of food production methods

*Embrace new ideas and processes

*Positive and approachable manner

In order to be successful:

* Experience as a Chef de Partie

* Experience with high volume fresh food

* Dedicated to and passionate about the hospitality industry

* A strong leader who can motivate the team
