Head Chef - Golf ClubSalary: £40,000 per annum An established golf club is seeking a creative, enthusiastic, and reliable Head Chef to lead its kitchen operation. This is an excellent opportunity for a hands-on, customer-focused chef with a passion for high-quality food and service, working in a well-structured and friendly environment. Key Responsibilities:- Oversee and manage all aspects of the kitchen operation- Develop and deliver a varied daily menu, ensuring consistently high standards of quality and presentation- Plan and deliver catering for a wide range of events, including club matches, private functions, themed evenings, and special events- Lead, manage, motivate, and inspire the kitchen team- Train and supervise kitchen staff in food preparation, cooking techniques, and food safety procedures- Maintain strict quality control standards- Ensure full compliance with health &amp; safety and food hygiene regulations- Manage stock control, ordering, and food cost control, working within agreed budgets- Work closely with the front-of-house team to ensure smooth service and successful event delivery Key Requirements:- Proven experience working as a Head Chef or Senior Sous Chef in a quality food-led environment- Strong culinary skills with creativity, passion, and attention to detail- A commitment to delivering excellent customer service- Confident leadership and strong communication skills- Excellent organisational and time-management skills- Ability to create and adapt menus for different occasions and customer expectations- Sound knowledge of food safety and hygiene regulations- Own transport preferred due to location What's on Offer:- Salary of £40,000 per annum- Sociable working hours, including weekends- Friendly and supportive working environment- 28 days annual leave- Pension and additional benefits If you are an experienced Head Chef looking for a stable role with sociable hours in a golf club environment, this could be an excellent opportunity.Blue Arrow is proud to be a Disability Confident Employer and is committed to helping find great work opportunities for great people.
