We're on the hunt for a seriously talented Senior Sous Chef to join the brigade at one of Bath's most well-known high-end hotel kitchens. This is not your average hotel gig - think premium produce, modern British menus, and a kitchen that actually backs creativity.

You'll be the right hand to the Head Chef, helping drive the kitchen forward, leading from the front, and making sure every service hits that "wow" level.

What You'll Be Doing 🔪🔥

• Running day-to-day kitchen operations alongside the Head Chef
• Leading service with confidence (and a cool head under pressure)
• Overseeing multiple sections and ensuring consistency across the board
• Getting involved in menu development + new ideas
• Managing stock, ordering, and kitchen rotas
• Keeping standards tight on food safety, hygiene, and H&S
• Training, mentoring and inspiring junior chefs (be the chef you needed coming up 🙌)

What We're Looking For 👇

• Proven experience as a Sous Chef or Senior Sous in a quality-driven kitchen
• Strong all-round kitchen knowledge (you can jump on any section if needed)
• Passion for modern British food + seasonal ingredients
• A natural leader - calm, organised, and leads by example
• Someone who brings energy, ideas, and standards
