We are recruiting for a Lettings Assistant: Monday to Friday 37 hours- £15.79 - 6 Month bookingKey ResponsibilitiesProvide efficient administrative support by managing communication, organising documents, coordinating schedules, and ensuring smooth day‑to‑day office operationsCustomer &amp; Tenancy Administration<ul><li>Customer Enquiries - Respond to all enquiries professionally and in line with service standards.</li><li>Council Tax Notifications - Inform local authorities of new and outgoing tenants to ensure accurate billing.</li><li>Bills &amp; Utilities - Support the processing, tracking, and reconciliation of bills related to properties.</li><li>Use &amp; Occupation Accounts - Create and maintain accurate Use &amp; Occupation accounts where required.</li><li>Energy Angels Spreadsheet - Maintain and update Energy Angels data to ensure correct utility management.</li></ul>Property Marketing &amp; Allocations<ul><li>Property Marketing - Advertise properties across relevant platforms and ensure listings are accurate and up to date to include obtaining photographs</li><li>Referrals Management - Obtain and process referrals for different accommodation types.</li><li>Affordable Rent Assessments - Assess and record Affordable Rent calculations in line with policy.</li><li>Homeswapper Approvals - Review and approve Homeswapper applications.</li><li>Identify and evaluate properties to determine suitability for supporting internal operational processes</li></ul> Blue Arrow is proud to be a Disability Confident Employer and is committed to helping find great work opportunities for great people.
