Catering Assistant - School Hours - southport

This role will require you to work Monday - Friday during school hours. Please only apply if you can commit to all 5 days. As the hours are over could be sometimes over 20 - no students with restrictions should apply.

As an experienced kitchen assistant, you will be familiar with a fast-paced catering environment, already be hands on, supporting the chef, food prepping, making sandwiches and salad preparation. You will also be efficient at the kitchen role and have a good understanding of how kitchens are managed, operated and cleaned down for each service. You will be working in a retirement village with mature clients.

Is this you?

· Hold a level 2 food safety or willing to purchase and undergo training

· At least 12 months experience in a kitchen

· Understand how to support the chef on site and be quick at food prep and cleaning

This role is based in Southport. The hours and days are fixed weekly. The role is ongoing. You will be working in an education facility so easily approachable and enjoy the company of Children & Adults

There is an enhanced rate for part of the weekend

Pay £12.71 - £13.00

Hours 10am - 2pm
