What We're Looking For

Essential Technical Knowledge

  • Proven experience in plumbing and bathroom products (essential).
  • Ability to read and interpret technical drawings.
  • Strong understanding of safety standards.
  • Experience with Root Cause Analysis (RCA).

We're looking for a proactive, technically minded After-Sales Associate with hands-on experience in plumbing and bathroom products to join our growing team. If you enjoy solving problems, supporting customers, and working with high-quality products in the plumbing and bathroom sector, this could be the perfect next step in your career.

This is a dynamic role combining 70% customer service and 30% technical support, ideal for someone who thrives in both problem-solving and customer-facing environments.


The Role

As our After-Sales Associate, you'll be the go-to expert once a product has been delivered. You'll ensure our customers receive fast, effective support while helping maintain the high standards our brand is known for.

🔧 Customer Support & Service Management

  • Act as the primary point of contact for after-sales enquiries.
  • Manage service requests, complaints, and technical queries via phone and email.
  • Deliver timely and professional resolutions.
  • Build strong, lasting customer relationships that drive satisfaction and loyalty.

🛠 Technical Support & Troubleshooting

  • Diagnose and resolve plumbing and bathroom-related technical issues.
  • Provide clear remote guidance on installation, maintenance, and troubleshooting.
  • Apply structured problem-solving techniques, including Root Cause Analysis.

📦 Spare Parts & Service Coordination

  • Liaise with warehouse teams to arrange replacement parts.
  • Maintain accurate spare parts records and service documentation.

📊 Documentation & Reporting

  • Process service orders on the ERP system, ensuring accurate sales/purchase order tracking.
  • Produce service performance and product reports.
  • Identify trends and recurring issues to support continuous improvement.

What We're Looking For

Essential Technical Knowledge

Experience

  • experience after-sales, service engineering, or a technical support role.
