We're seeking a proactive, technically minded After-Sales Associate with hands-on experience in plumbing and bathroom products to join our growing team. About the Role
This dynamic position blends 70% customer service with 30% technical support, making it ideal for someone who thrives in both problem-solving and customer-facing environments. You will be the go-to expert once a product has been delivered, ensuring our customers receive fast, effective support while upholding the high standards our brand is known for.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide technical support and after-sales service for plumbing and bathroom products.
- Troubleshoot and diagnose product issues efficiently.
- Read and interpret technical drawings.
- Conduct Root Cause Analysis (RCA) for product issues.
- Produce clear and concise technical reports.
- Maintain excellent communication with customers, ensuring their needs are met.
- Travel to customer sites for on-site support when required.

- Proven experience in plumbing and bathroom products.
- Strong understanding of safety standards.
Experience:
