General Assistant / Bar PackerLocation: Belfast International Airport, AntrimPay: £12.71 per hourShifts: 8-hour shifts between 6:00am - 7:00pm About the RoleWe are currently recruiting for a General Assistant / Bar Packer to join our catering team at Belfast International Airport. This is a fast-paced, hands-on role supporting the preparation and packing of food and beverage items for airline services.You'll play a key part in ensuring flights are supplied with high-quality products while maintaining the highest standards of hygiene and efficiency. Key Responsibilities<ul><li>Assisting chefs with preparing chilled meals and assembling food trays</li><li>Packing and preparing bar items and catering supplies for flights</li><li>Stacking shelves and rotating stock to ensure freshness</li><li>Carrying out food inspections and completing required paperwork</li><li>Maintaining excellent hygiene and cleanliness standards</li><li>Supporting general kitchen and clean-up duties</li><li>Preparing goods ready for delivery onto aircraft</li></ul>About You<ul><li>Experience in a kitchen assistant, catering, or similar role is desirable</li><li>Comfortable working in different temperature environments (including chilled areas)</li><li>Able to stand and work on your feet for extended periods</li><li>Strong attention to detail and ability to follow processes accurately</li><li>Good communication skills and a team-focused attitude</li><li>Flexible and reliable</li></ul>⚠️ Please note: This role may involve handling pork and alcohol products.
