Blue Arrow is currently recruiting for a Chef De Partie to join a well-established restaurant based in the Saundersfoot/Pembrokeshire area. Contract: 11 week contract from 13/07/26Rate of Pay: £17+phHours of work: Full time 10-12 hour shifts on a rota basis About the role: to work within a well experienced kitchen team operating a Brasserie style food menu, cooking fresh food to order. The restaurant is a busy restaurant doing 170 covers per dayRole Responsibilities:<ul><li>Prepare and cook high-quality fresh dishes according to requirements</li><li>Maintain excellent food hygiene and safety standards</li><li>Adapt quickly to different kitchen environments and teams</li><li>Deliver exceptional service under pressure</li></ul>Requirements:<ul><li>Previous experience as a CDP chef in a professional kitchen</li><li>Experience working a Brasserie Menu</li><li>Knowledge of food safety and hygiene standards</li><li>Ability to work independently and as part of a team</li><li>Own transport is desirable due to location as no live in accommodation available </li></ul>If you are interested in this role, please submit your CV for immediate response and further information.
