🚀 The Role
We're looking for a driven and ambitious Sales Development Representative (SDR) to help fuel our growth.
In this role, you'll be responsible for generating new business by proactively engaging prospective customers and promoting our value proposition-particularly within the facilities supplies (janitorial & cleaning) category, with access to a diverse portfolio of over 20,000 SKUs.
🔑 Key Responsibilities
- Generate new business through outbound calls and proactive prospecting
- Clearly communicate our value proposition, features and benefits
- Build strong customer relationships with a customer-first approach
- Identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling across our product range
- Negotiate commercially beneficial outcomes for both customer and business
- Achieve or exceed sales, gross profit and margin targets
- Consistently meet and exceed KPI metrics
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date CRM records

Experience
- Previous sales or customer-facing experience (desirable but not essential)
- A track record of achieving or exceeding targets is a plus
