Sales Development Representative

Location: Normanton


Role Objective

As a Sales Development Representative, you will play a key role in driving new business growth by proactively engaging with prospective customers.

Key Responsibilities

  • Proactively generate new business through outbound calls and prospect engagement
  • Clearly articulate value proposition, features and benefits
  • Build strong relationships and deliver a customer-first approach
  • Identify opportunities to upsell and cross-sell across the product range
  • Effectively negotiate win-win commercial outcomes
  • Achieve or exceed sales, gross profit and margin targets
  • Consistently meet or exceed all KPI metrics
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date CRM records to support targeted sales activity
