About the Role
As a Patient Services Therapy Coordinator, you'll be part of a fast-paced contact centre and administration team, acting as a key point of contact for patients, clinicians, and internal departments.
You'll be responsible for delivering a high-quality service while ensuring all information is handled accurately and in line with healthcare compliance standards.
Key Duties & Responsibilities
- Handling inbound and outbound enquiries via phone, email, and online channels
- Providing clear, professional support to patients and resolving queries efficiently
- Updating and maintaining accurate records across internal systems
- Carrying out general administrative tasks including data entry and document processing
- Meeting agreed service levels and performance targets individually and as part of a team
- Ensuring compliance with company policies, quality standards, and data protection regulations
This is a high-volume, customer-facing role requiring confidence, organisation, and strong communication skills.
Working Hours & Shift Options
We are recruiting for both part-time and full-time opportunities:
Part-Time Roles (4 positions):
- Monday to Friday, 4:00pm - 8:00pm
Full-Time Roles (6 positions):
- Rotating shifts between 8:00am - 8:00pm
- Occasional Saturday working required
