Blue Arrow is currently recruiting for 10 Patient Services Therapy Co-ordinators on behalf of our client, a well-established organisation within the healthcare sector.

The Role

As a Patient Services Therapy Co-ordinator, you will play a key role within a busy customer service team, supporting patients and internal stakeholders with a range of enquiries and administrative tasks.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Managing inbound and outbound customer enquiries via telephone, email, and live chat
  • Providing accurate information and resolving queries efficiently
  • Processing and updating information across internal systems
  • Completing administrative duties including data entry, document management, and record keeping
  • Working towards individual and team performance targets and service levels
  • Ensuring all work is completed in line with company processes, compliance standards, and quality requirements

This is a fast-paced, customer-focused role requiring strong attention to detail and excellent communication skills.


Shift Patterns Available

  • Full-Time Positions: Various shift patterns between the hours on 8am to 8pm, and occasional Saturdays

Candidate Requirements

We are looking for motivated individuals who are keen to build a career in customer service or administration.

Essential Skills:

  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Good attention to detail and organisational ability
  • Basic IT skills with confidence using office systems
  • Reliable, professional, and proactive approach to work
  • Flexibility to work shifts as required

Desirable:

  • Previous experience in customer service, call centre, or office-based roles
