👨‍🍳 Chef de Partie - Leisure Park (Live-In Available)

Location: Christchurch / New Forest (near Bournemouth)

Salary: £28,000 per year (+ tips + paid overtime)

Accommodation: Live-in available (£280-£380/month depending on Room size)

Hours: 40 hours per week, 5 days out of 7


🌿 Role Overview

We are recruiting for a Chef de Partie to join a busy, outdoor leisure park set in the beautiful New Forest area.

This is an excellent opportunity for a passionate chef looking for a great work-life balance, career progression, and a vibrant team environment.


⏰ Working Hours / Shifts

  • Early shift: 7:30am - 4:00pm
  • Late shift: 12:00pm - 9:00pm
  • Occasional split shifts: 10:00am - 2:00pm & 5:00pm - 9:00pm

🔪 Key Responsibilities

  • Supporting and running the kitchen day-to-day
  • Preparing and delivering high-quality dishes
  • Assisting in menu development and creating new dishes
  • Training and developing junior kitchen staff
  • Maintaining food safety, hygiene, and compliance standards

✅ Requirements

  • Previous experience as a Chef de Partie or Commis Chef
  • Experience in a fresh food kitchen (Rosette experience desirable)
  • NVQ Level 1/2 (or equivalent)
  • Strong passion for food and quality
  • Positive attitude and eagerness to grow
