Blue Arrow is hiring experienced Class 1 (C+E) HGV Drivers for a well-established client based in East Leake (LE12). This opportunity is within a leading company in the building materials sector, offering stable night work and a clear route to permanent employment.

Position Summary

• Role: HGV Class 1 Driver
• Location: East Leake, Leicestershire (LE12)
• Shifts: Monday to Friday, nights
• Pay Rate: £17.01 per hour
• Contract Type: 13-week temporary to permanent
• Start Date: Available immediately

About the Opportunity

This is a night trunking position, involving the movement of goods between distribution hubs. The role is ideal for drivers seeking consistency, with no weekend working and minimal physical duties.

You will be operating within a professional logistics environment for a recognised supplier in the construction and building industry.

Main Duties

• Carrying out scheduled trunking routes between sites
• Completing vehicle safety checks before and after shifts
• Ensuring all deliveries are completed efficiently and on time
• Following all compliance, tachograph, and driving regulations
• Keeping accurate records of deliveries and driver hours

Requirements

To be considered for this role, you must have:
