Blue Arrow is currently recruiting HGV Class 1 Drivers in East Leake (LE12) to support a leading supplier within the building materials industry. This is a long-term opportunity with a clear temp-to-perm pathway.

Job Details

Job Title: HGV Class 1 Driver (C+E)

Location: East Leake, LE12

Shift Pattern: Monday to Friday - Night shifts

Contract Type: 13-week temp to perm

Pay Rate: £17.01 per hour

Start Date: Immediate availability

Role Overview

This role involves night trunking work, transporting goods between distribution centres for a well-established building industry supplier. The position offers consistent hours, minimal manual handling, and a structured working pattern.

Key Responsibilities

• Completing HGV Class 1 trunking routes
• Ensuring timely and safe delivery of goods
• Conducting vehicle checks and reporting defects
• Adhering to driver regulations and working time directive
• Maintaining accurate records and paperwork

Candidate Requirements

• Valid HGV Class 1 (C+E) licence
