<div><h1>🚀 Stores Manager</h1>📍 South Croydon ⏰ Monday-Friday | 12:00pm - 8:30pm (30 min lunch) <hr /><h2>Join a Growing, Hands-On Team at a Fast-Paced Business</h2>We're on the lookout for a driven and hands-on Stores Manager to play a vital role in keeping our operations running smoothly behind the scenes.This is not your typical warehouse job - it's a varied, active role where you'll take real ownership, support field teams, and make a tangible impact every single day.If you enjoy staying organised, working with equipment, and being part of a hardworking, growing business - this could be the perfect opportunity for you.<hr /><h2>What You'll Be Doing</h2>As Stores Manager, you'll be at the heart of operations, ensuring everything is ready for our teams to deliver exceptional service:<ul><li>Take full responsibility for the day-to-day running of the warehouse</li><li>Prepare vans, tools, and equipment so teams are ready to go each day</li><li>Manage stock levels and oversee inventory control to ensure accuracy at all times</li><li>Maintain accurate stock records and monitor inventory levels</li><li>Organise and maintain a clean, efficient and safe workspace</li><li>Carry out basic repairs and maintenance on equipment</li><li>Support the wider team to ensure smooth, efficient operations</li><li>Step in on-site when needed, including assisting with Cherry Picker work</li></ul><hr /><h2>What We're Looking For</h2>We want someone who takes pride in their work and enjoys getting stuck in:<ul><li>A hands-on, can-do attitude with a proactive mindset</li><li>Strong organisation skills and great attention to detail</li><li>Ability to work independently and take ownership</li><li>Practical skills - ideally with basic mechanical or repair experience</li><li>Comfortable working at height</li><li>Previous warehouse and inventory management experience (preferred)</li><li>IPAF licence (ideal, but we'll provide training if needed)</li><li>Flexibility with working hours when required</li></ul><hr /><h2>What's in It for You</h2><ul><li>Competitive salary</li><li>IPAF training provided if needed</li><li>A role where no two days are the same</li><li>Opportunity to grow within a fast-expanding business</li><li>Supportive, down-to-earth team environment</li></ul></div> Blue Arrow is proud to be a Disability Confident Employer and is committed to helping find great work opportunities for great people.
