What You'll Be Doing

As Stores Manager, you'll be at the heart of operations, ensuring everything is ready for our teams to deliver exceptional service:

• Take full responsibility for the day-to-day running of the warehouse
• Prepare vans, tools, and equipment so teams are ready to go each day
• Manage stock levels and oversee inventory control to ensure accuracy at all times
• Maintain accurate stock records and monitor inventory levels
• Organise and maintain a clean, efficient and safe workspace
• Carry out basic repairs and maintenance on equipment
• Support the wider team to ensure smooth, efficient operations
• Step in on-site when needed, including assisting with Cherry Picker work

What We're Looking For

We want someone who takes pride in their work and enjoys getting stuck in:

• A hands-on, can-do attitude with a proactive mindset
• Strong organisation skills and great attention to detail
• Ability to work independently and take ownership
• Practical skills - ideally with basic mechanical or repair experience
• Comfortable working at height
• Previous warehouse and inventory management experience (preferred)
• IPAF licence (ideal, but we'll provide training if needed)
• Flexibility with working hours when required
