Blue Arrow has exciting new Permanent opportunity for a Catering &amp; Events Team Leader In Richmond - IMMEDIATE START for a Large Client working in an International Renowned Social Media Outlet. Catering &amp; Events Team LeaderWe are seeking an experienced and motivated Catering &amp; Events Team Leader to oversee the day-to-day operations of our hospitality services. This is a hands-on, customer-focused role where you will lead a team to deliver an exceptional guest experience while maintaining high operational standards.As Hospitality Supervisor, you will be responsible for supervising all aspects of the hospitality service, ensuring a welcoming environment and consistently high levels of customer satisfaction. You will lead, support, and develop a team while ensuring smooth coordination across departments.You will also play a key role in administrative processes, stock control, and operational support, stepping in as a point of contact in the absence of the Catering Manager. What you'll do<ul><li>Supervise day-to-day hospitality operations and ensure high service standards</li><li>Lead, train, and support team members, including recruitment and performance management</li><li>Coordinate with departments such as front desk, housekeeping, and food &amp; beverage</li><li>Handle guest feedback and resolve complaints professionally</li><li>Manage stock levels and maintain supplier relationships</li><li>Support administrative tasks, including email communication and reporting</li><li>Ensure compliance with Health &amp; Safety, Food Safety, Hygiene, Fire Safety, and COSHH regulations</li><li>Act as point of contact in the absence of the Catering Manager</li></ul>What you'll bring<ul><li>Previous experience in a hospitality supervisory or similar role</li><li>Strong leadership and organisational skills</li><li>Excellent communication and interpersonal skills</li><li>Customer-focused with a passion for delivering high-quality service</li><li>Ability to multitask and work under pressure</li><li>Good IT skills, including Microsoft Office and hospitality systems</li></ul> Working days: 5 in 7 Days per week (Usually Tue to Sat)Hours: 7am to 3.30 each dayALL Overtime Paid * Company pension scheme &amp; annual leave (28 days) Please apply with your CV and I will get back to you ASAP.Blue Arrow is proud to be a Disability Confident Employer and is committed to helping find great work opportunities for great people.
