<h2><strong>Floor Housekeeper (Housekeeping Supervisor)</strong></h2><p><em>Helping create exceptional guest experiences, one room at a time</em></p><p>Are you someone who takes pride in high standards and loves leading by example? We're looking for a <strong>Floor Housekeeper</strong> to help ensure our hotel delivers an outstanding experience for every guest, every time.</p><p>This is a hands-on role where attention to detail, organisation, and team support come together. You'll play a key part in keeping our rooms and public areas looking their best, while guiding and supporting the housekeeping team to succeed.</p><h3><strong>What you'll be doing</strong></h3><ul><li>Ensuring all guest rooms meet our high standards before they're ready to welcome guests</li><li>Preparing daily work schedules to help the team run smoothly and efficiently</li><li>Checking public areas to maintain a consistently clean and welcoming environment</li><li>Supporting stock management, ensuring housekeeping supplies are well organised and available</li><li>Training and guiding team members on best practices and use of equipment</li><li>Supporting ordering and stock control within housekeeping stores</li><li>Keeping housekeeping records and documentation accurate and up to date</li><li>Assisting in the linen room when needed</li><li>Managing key distribution securely and responsibly</li><li>Handling lost property queries with care and professionalism</li><li>Stepping up to lead the team in the absence of the Head or Deputy Head Housekeeper</li><li>Working closely with Reception to ensure guest needs are met seamlessly</li><li>Reporting maintenance issues promptly to keep our facilities at their best</li><li>Creating a personal touch by recognising and engaging with guests whenever possible</li><li>Supporting guest queries and ensuring they feel welcomed and cared for</li><li>Attending training sessions and team meetings to stay sharp and informed</li></ul><h3><strong>What we're looking for</strong></h3><ul><li>A keen eye for detail and a passion for maintaining high standards</li><li>Strong organisational skills and the ability to prioritise in a busy environment</li><li>A team player who enjoys supporting and developing others</li><li>Confidence communicating with both colleagues and guests</li><li>A responsible and proactive approach to health, safety, and compliance</li></ul><h3><strong>Why join us?</strong></h3><p>You'll be part of a supportive team where your contribution really matters.
