Working within a 24/7 emergency operations centre, you'll support essential services including:

  • 🚨 Emergency calls (999 / 112)
  • πŸ“– Directory enquiries (118500)
  • 🧏 Relay UK services

As a Customer Service Advisor, you'll be the first point of contact for callers in urgent and often distressing situations. You'll remain calm, gather vital information, and connect callers to the right emergency service quickly and efficiently.

This is a role with real purpose - where your voice can truly make a difference.


⏰ Working Hours

  • 37.5 hours per week
  • 5 days over 7 (including weekends and bank holidays)
  • πŸ”„ Four‑week rotating rota
  • πŸ•— Shifts between 08:00 and 23:00

πŸŽ“ Training

  • Full‑time paid training (37.5 hours per week)
  • ⏳ 4 weeks duration
  • βœ… 100% attendance required
  • Training may include both morning and evening sessions
