The Role

This is a field-based B2B sales role covering a territory from North Norfolk down to Sussex. You will spend the majority of your time on the road (3-4 days per week), managing relationships and growing accounts, with the remainder of your time working from home.

You will be fully responsible for managing your own diary, pipeline, and performance - this is a highly autonomous role suited to someone who thrives working independently.

⚠️ Please note: This role requires overnight travel (minimum of 3 nights every other week).


Key Responsibilities

  • Manage a defined territory, visiting caravan and holiday park operators
  • Develop and grow existing client accounts
  • Identify and win new business opportunities
  • Present product offerings and negotiate deals through to close
  • Plan and manage your own schedule and sales pipeline
  • Report on activity, performance, and forecasts

About You

This is a challenging but rewarding role, best suited to a driven and self-motivated sales professional.

You will be:

  • Experienced in B2B field sales, with a proven track record of results
  • Resilient and tenacious, able to handle rejection and stay motivated
  • Comfortable working independently with minimal supervision
  • Highly organised, able to manage your own workload and territory
  • A confident communicator, able to build relationships at all levels
  • Commercially aware, with strong closing skills
