About Us
Well-established, family-run business supplying to trade customers, primarily holiday and parks. With a strong reputation and loyal customer base across the South and East of England, we are continuing to grow - and this role is key to driving that expansion.
The Role
We're looking for a driven and resilient field-based sales professional to manage and grow an established territory from North Norfolk to Sussex.
This is a hands-on B2B sales role, involving both account management and new business development. You will be on the road 3-4 days per week, working from home the remaining time, with regular overnight stays required (minimum 3 nights every other week).
This is an autonomous position - ideal for someone who thrives independently and can take full ownership of their territory, pipeline, and results.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and manage a territory covering North Norfolk down to Sussex
- Build and maintain strong relationships with caravan and holiday park operators
- Grow existing key accounts while actively seeking and securing new business
- Present and sell the UK Caravan Centre product range
- Negotiate deals and close sales effectively
- Plan and manage your own diary, appointments, and sales pipeline
- Provide regular updates, forecasts, and reports to management
What We're Looking For
Essential
- Proven track record in B2B field sales with clear evidence of results
- Highly resilient and self-motivated with the ability to handle rejection
- Comfortable working independently with minimal supervision
- Strong organisational and time management skills
- Confident communicator, able to build relationships at all levels
- Commercially aware with strong closing ability
- Full, clean UK driving licence
- Willing to stay away from home at least 3 nights every other week (non-negotiable)
