You will be responsible for the efficient, cost-effective management of the warehouse and ensuring that the field teams are fully prepared to deliver an excellent service to our customers.This is a hands-on role, ideal for someone who enjoys being active, organised, and practical, with the flexibility to also support on-site operations when required. Key Responsibilities<ul><li>Oversee the day-to-day running of the warehouse</li><li>Prepare vans and equipment for teams for the following day</li><li>Maintain accurate stock levels and manage inventory</li><li>Organise and maintain a clean, efficient warehouse environment</li><li>Carry out minor repairs and basic maintenance on machinery and equipment</li><li>Support the site management team in delivering operational efficiency</li><li>Ensure all equipment and materials are ready to meet customer demands</li><li>Assist on-site with Cherry Picker jobs when required.</li></ul>What We're Looking For<ul><li>A hands-on, can-do attitude</li><li>Strong organisational skills and attention to detail</li><li>Ability to work independently and take ownership of tasks</li><li>Practical mindset with basic mechanical or repair skills</li><li>Comfortable working at height</li><li>IPAF licence preferred but training will provided if required</li><li>Flexible with working hours (early mornings or late evenings)</li><li>Previous warehouse experience preferred</li></ul> What They Offer<ul><li>Competitive salary (depending on experience)</li><li>IPAF training provided if required</li><li>Opportunity to grow within a fast-growing company</li><li>Supportive and hardworking team environment</li></ul> Blue Arrow is proud to be a Disability Confident Employer and is committed to helping find great work opportunities for great people.
