Blue Arrow Derby is proud to be working in partnership with the UK's leading manufacturers of boilers, heat pumps & heating systems and they are looking to recruit a Customer Service Advisor to join their team Workload and Planning team on a full-time permanent basis.
🕒 Hours: 39.5 per week, on a rota basis (Monday - Sunday)
📍 Location: Belper (on-site)
🖥️ What duties would you be doing within the Customer Service (Workload and Planning) role?
* Support Field Engineers, Subcontractors, and Contact Centre Agents by coordinating service
activities and ensuring smooth communication across teams.
* Managing email requests efficiently and processing service bookings
via Salesforce and SAP.
* Liaise across departments to maintain accuracy and transparency in scheduling and workload
planning.
* Managing diaries and prioritising tasks, you will help streamline operations and ensure service
excellence.
* Complete administrative tasks within schedule and challenge non-compliance to uphold
high standards.
✅ What will you bring to the Customer Service (Workload and Planning) role?
Previous experience in customer service or service coordination, ideally within a technical or field
service environment
* Geographical knowledge and ideally have worked with SAP and Salesforce systems
* Organised, able to multitask, and confident in managing workload independently or
collaboratively
* Experience in diary management and service planning is beneficial
* Approachable, motivated, and confident in challenging the status quo to improve processes
* Able to communicate clearly and professionally, building strong relationships across teams
