Salary: £26,000-£30,000 (Depending on Experience)

Full‑time, Permanent

A welcoming and well‑established nursery in North East Bristol is looking for enthusiastic Level 2 and Level 3 Nursery Practitioners to join their growing team. About the Role

As a Nursery Practitioner, you will:

• Provide high‑quality care and education for children aged 0-5
• Support children's learning through play‑based activities
• Build warm, positive relationships with children and families
• Follow the EYFS framework and contribute to planning and observations
• Work collaboratively with your team to maintain a safe, nurturing environment
• Support the key person approach and promote each child's individual development

About You

We're looking for practitioners who:

• Hold a Level 2 or Level 3 Early Years qualification
• Have experience working in a nursery or early‑years setting
• Are passionate, caring and committed to child development
• Bring creativity, energy and a positive attitude to the team
• Understand safeguarding and the EYFS
• Communicate confidently with children, colleagues and families
