We're looking for an inspiring, organised, and confident Third in Charge to join our welcoming nursery in the North Bristol area. This is a fantastic opportunity for an experienced Room Leader or senior practitioner who's ready to take on more responsibility and play a key role in shaping the quality and culture of our setting.

What You'll Be Doing

• Supporting the management team in the day‑to‑day running of the nursery
• Leading by example to ensure exceptional care, learning, and safeguarding
• Overseeing room practice and supporting Room Leaders where needed
• Taking charge of the nursery in the absence of senior management
• Coaching and mentoring staff to maintain high standards
• Building strong relationships with families and supporting a warm, inclusive culture
• Contributing to planning, quality improvements, and reflective practice across the setting

What We're Looking For

• Level 3 Early Years qualification (or equivalent)
• Strong experience as a Room Leader or senior practitioner
• Confident leadership skills with a nurturing, positive approach
• Excellent communication and organisational abilities
• A passion for delivering outstanding early years practice
• Someone who thrives in a supportive team and enjoys taking initiative
