Key Responsibilities<ul><li>Serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages promptly and professionally</li><li>Operate the till and handle cash/card payments accurately</li><li>Maintain a clean, organised, and well-stocked bar area</li><li>Check customer age identification in line with Challenge 25 policy</li><li>Set up and break down the bar area before and after the event</li><li>Wash glassware and manage basic bar stock during service</li><li>Adhere to all licensing, health &amp; safety, and club policies</li><li>Provide friendly customer service to players, members, and spectators</li></ul> <h3>Skills &amp; Experience Required</h3><ul><li>Previous bar or hospitality experience preferred (but not essential)</li><li>Confident communication and customer service skills</li><li>Ability to work quickly in a busy, high-energy environment</li><li>Basic cash handling and POS experience</li><li>Good teamwork and reliability</li><li>Awareness of alcohol licensing laws</li></ul> Blue Arrow is proud to be a Disability Confident Employer and is committed to helping find great work opportunities for great people.
