Key Responsibilities
- Serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages promptly and professionally
- Operate the till and handle cash/card payments accurately
- Maintain a clean, organised, and well-stocked bar area
- Check customer age identification in line with Challenge 25 policy
- Set up and break down the bar area before and after the event
- Wash glassware and manage basic bar stock during service
- Adhere to all licensing, health & safety, and club policies
- Provide friendly customer service to players, members, and spectators
Skills & Experience Required
- Previous bar or hospitality experience preferred (but not essential)
- Confident communication and customer service skills
- Ability to work quickly in a busy, high-energy environment
- Basic cash handling and POS experience
- Good teamwork and reliability
- Awareness of alcohol licensing laws
