School ReceptionistLocation: BirminghamHours: Monday to Friday 8am-3.45pmStart Date: ImmediatePay Rate: £13.50 per hour Blue Arrow are currently recruiting for an experienced receptionist to join a school in Birmingham.We are seeking a reliable and punctual individual with strong administrative skills who can support the smooth day-to-day running of a busy school office and attendance teamJob role includes:<ul><li>Act as the first point of contact for all visitors, parents and pupils. Greet visitors in a professional and friendly manner, ensuring safeguarding procedures are followed</li><li>Manage incoming and outgoing telephone calls, emails, and messages</li><li>Handle pupil arrivals and departures, including late arrivals and early collections.
