Danish‑Speaking Travel Agent / Customer Service Agent- Hybrid - Canary Wharf, London
Pay Rate : £14.24 per hour
Commission: Uncapped commission structure rewarded for sales results, paid out monthly. On target earnings of £500 per annum (Commission shall not form part of your contractual remuneration and is subject to change at any time)
Location: Hybrid role - Head Office based in Canary Wharf, London
Hours: Full‑time, 37.5 hours per week (flexible shifts including weekends)
About the Role
We are currently recruiting a Danish‑speaking Travel Agent to join our growing customer service and sales team. This is a hybrid role based out of our modern Canary Wharf head office, supporting European customers booking holidays both online and over the phone.
This role is ideal for someone fluent in Danish and English, passionate about customer service, and confident in sales‑driven conversations. You'll be responsible for handling inbound calls, understanding customer needs, and converting enquiries into memorable holiday experiences.
Key Responsibilities
- Handle incoming sales and customer service calls
- Identify customer needs and convert enquiries into holiday bookings
- Cancel, amend or confirm existing reservations
- Process service requests using the client's booking systems
- Upsell additional products, services, and extended stays
- Deliver an exceptional customer experience
What We're Looking For
✅ Fluent Danish speaker (essential)
✅ Strong verbal and written English communication skills
✅ Proven experience in customer service or sales (essential)
✅ Confident, professional, and emotionally resilient
✅ Ability to work in a fast‑paced contact centre environment
✅ Naturally sales‑focused with excellent attention to detail
✅ Comfortable working to targets and KPIs
✅ Passion for delivering "surprise and delight" customer experiences
Previous experience in a call centre, travel, hospitality, or sales environment is highly desirable.

- £27,768 annual salary

Working Hours
- Monday-Friday: Between 8am-8pm
- Saturday: 8am-4pm
- Sunday: 9am-4pm
- One weekend day worked every other week (weekday off in lieu)
