  • Providing friendly, professional support in Dutch and English
  • Handling customer enquiries across phone, email, and live chat
  • Delivering a consistently high‑quality customer experience

✅ What We're Looking For

  • Native or fluent Dutch speaker
  • Confident English communication skills
  • Previous customer service experience
  • (contact centre or hospitality backgrounds are especially welcome)
