<h3><strong>Loadbay Operative</strong></h3><p><strong>Location:</strong> East Leake</p><p><strong>Shift:</strong> 06:00 - 14:30 14:00-22:00 22:00-0600 rotating</p><p><strong>Pay Rate:</strong> £12.71 - £14.15 per hour</p><h4><strong>Job Description</strong></h4><p>We are currently recruiting reliable and hardworking <strong>Loadbay Operatives</strong> to join our team in <strong>East Leake</strong>. This role is key to ensuring the safe and efficient movement of outbound goods within the warehouse environment.</p><p>You will be responsible for securing loads, scanning and checking stock, and working closely with the transport team to support vehicle movements.
