Salary: Up to £32,000 (depending on experience)

Hours: Monday to Friday, 06:00 - 15:00

Contract: Permanent

Bank Holidays: No bank holiday working

Role Overview

We are seeking an experienced Transport Supervisor to join our operation in the Lutterworth area on a permanent basis. This role is ideal for someone with a strong transport or logistics background who can confidently manage daily transport activity and support driver performance.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage and oversee the daily operation of the transport fleet
• Supervise, support, and communicate effectively with the driver team
• Ensure all deliveries and collections are completed efficiently and on time
• Maintain high standards of customer service
• Monitor compliance with transport legislation, WTD and company procedures
• Act as a key point of contact for operational issues and queries

Requirements

• Previous experience within a transport or logistics environment
• Strong people management and organisational skills
• Confident communicator with effective problem‑solving abilities
• Ability to work calmly and effectively in a fast‑paced environment
