Location: East Leake

Shift: 06:00 - 14:30 14:00-22:00 22:00-0600 rotating

Pay Rate: £12.71 - £14.15 per hour

Job Description

We are currently recruiting reliable and hardworking Loadbay Operatives to join our team in East Leake. This role is key to ensuring the safe and efficient movement of outbound goods within the warehouse environment.

You will be responsible for securing loads, scanning and checking stock, and working closely with the transport team to support vehicle movements. Maintaining a clean, safe, and compliant loadbay area is essential.

Key Responsibilities

• Securing and strapping outbound loads
• Using handheld scanning equipment
• Checking load manifests and paperwork
• Working closely with the transport team on vehicle movements
• Maintaining a clean, tidy, and organised loadbay area
• Following all health and safety procedures at all times
• Supporting operational targets as part of a team

Requirements

• Previous experience in a similar role is preferred but not essential
• Ability to work efficiently in a fast‑paced environment
• Good attention to detail and organisational skills
• Physically fit, as the role involves manual handling
• Reliable, punctual, and hardworking
