This role is essential in maintaining a welcoming and hygienic environment for our guests or residents.Responsibilities<ul><li>Perform thorough cleaning of guest rooms, common areas, and facilities to ensure high standards of cleanliness.</li><li>Carry out laundry duties, including washing, drying, and folding linens and towels.</li><li>Restock supplies and amenities in guest rooms and communal areas as needed.</li><li>Report any maintenance issues or safety hazards to management promptly.</li><li>Provide excellent customer service by responding to guest requests and inquiries with a friendly attitude.</li><li>Assist with cooking or meal preparation when required, ensuring adherence to health and safety standards.</li><li>Maintain an organised cleaning schedule to ensure all areas are attended to regularly.</li></ul>Qualifications<ul><li>Previous experience in housekeeping, janitorial services, or commercial cleaning is preferred.</li><li>Experience in a hotel setting is an advantage but not mandatory.</li><li>Strong customer service skills with the ability to communicate effectively with guests and team members.</li><li>Attention to detail and a commitment to maintaining high standards of cleanliness.</li><li>Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.</li><li>Flexibility to work various shifts as required.
