📢 We're Hiring: Band 3 Personal Secretary (Agency Role)

📍 Location: Larne (Moyle Medical Building)
💷 Pay Rate: £12.75 per hour
🕒 Hours: 37.5 hours per week
📅 Contract: Temporary Agency Assignment


We are currently recruiting on behalf of a leading public sector healthcare organisation for a Band 3 Personal/Team Secretary to join their Mental Health, Learning Disability and Community Wellbeing team.

This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced administrator to gain valuable experience within a busy NHS environment.


The Role

You will provide a high-quality secretarial and administrative support service to a Team Leader and wider department, ensuring the smooth day-to-day running of the office.


🔹 Key Responsibilities

  • Providing full secretarial support including diary and inbox management
  • Typing reports, letters and correspondence to a high standard
  • Organising meetings, taking minutes and distributing documentation
  • Handling telephone and email enquiries professionally
  • Maintaining accurate filing systems and records
  • Liaising with internal teams and external agencies
  • Supporting general administrative duties and office coordination

🎯 Essential Criteria

  • Minimum 4 GCSEs (including English) or equivalent
  • At least 1-2 years' clerical/administrative experience in an office setting
  • Strong IT skills, including Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
  • Excellent communication and organisational skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
