Planning & Logistics Coordinator

Blue Arrow is Recruiting for a Planning and Logistics coordinator on a temp to perm basis for immediate start for a well-established food and beverage company based in Bellshill!

Location: Bellshill

Shifts: Monday - Friday

Times: 9am - 5pm

Pay: £16.62

Contract - Temp to Perm

Key Responsibilities

• Coordinate and manage daily planning schedules to meet operational and customer requirements
• Oversee logistics and transport arrangements, ensuring timely delivery and cost efficiency
• Monitor stock levels and liaise with procurement to maintain optimal inventory
• Work closely with internal teams (production, sales, warehouse) to align priorities
• Track and report on key KPIs, identifying opportunities for process improvement
• Resolve any delivery or supply chain issues quickly and effectively
• Maintain accurate records and documentation relating to planning and logistics activities
• General Administrative duties

Skills & Experience Required

• Previous experience in a planning, logistics, or supply chain role
• Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities
• Excellent communication skills and ability to work cross-functionally
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel essential) and planning/logistics systems
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing demands

Desirable

• Experience within manufacturing, distribution, or FMCG environments
• Knowledge of ERP or MRP systems
• Understanding of supply chain processes and logistics coordination
