Agency Housekeeper - (Henley Area)

We are currently recruiting reliable, hardworking, and detail-focused Agency Housekeepers to support a beautiful, well-established hotel in the Henley area, catering to high-profile and high-expectation guests.

This role is suited to individuals who take pride in delivering exceptional standards. It is fast-paced, physically demanding work, where attention to detail and efficiency are essential to meet the expectations of a premium client environment.

Working Pattern

• Shift: 7:00am - 3:00pm
• Schedule: Up to 6 days per week available
• Flexibility: You can choose your working days from the available schedule
• Start: Immediate start available
• Ongoing work for reliable candidates

Key Responsibilities

• Service and clean guest rooms to exceptional, hotel-standard quality
• Ensure all rooms are guest-ready daily within strict timeframes
• Dusting, vacuuming, and full cleaning of assigned rooms
• Change bed linens, towels, and replenish guest amenities
• Maintain cleanliness in corridors and public areas
• Report damages, maintenance issues, or missing items to management
• Keep housekeeping trolleys organised, stocked, and presentable
• Work efficiently alongside the wider housekeeping team to meet daily targets

Requirements

• Previous housekeeping or cleaning experience preferred (hotel experience highly desirable)
• Strong attention to detail with a passion for maintaining high standards
• Ability to work quickly, efficiently, and under pressure
• Good organisation and time management skills
• Positive, proactive attitude and strong work ethic
• Ability to work both independently and as part of a team
• Reliable and committed, especially in a demanding environment
