Head Chef Opportunity - Premium Hospitality Venue (Near Lyndhurst)

We are seeking a talented and driven Head Chef to lead the kitchen at a well-established hospitality venue located near Lyndhurst, in the heart of the New Forest. This is a fantastic opportunity for a passionate culinary professional looking to take ownership of a high-quality kitchen operation with strong support and excellent reputation.

The Role

As Head Chef, you will be responsible for the full management of the kitchen, delivering exceptional food standards while leading, developing, and inspiring your team.

Key responsibilities include:

• Overseeing all aspects of kitchen operations
• Designing and delivering seasonally inspired menus
• Managing kitchen budgets, stock, and supplier relationships
• Ensuring compliance with food safety and hygiene standards
• Recruitment, training, and development of the kitchen team
• Maintaining consistently high standards across all service periods

What's on Offer

• Salary: £42,000 - £48,000 (dependent on experience)
• Live-in accommodation available
• Working pattern: 5 days out of 7
• Hours: Approximately 45 per week (mixed shifts)
