💥 The Opportunity
We're looking for a Junior Sales Executive / Sales Development Representative who is hungry to succeed, full of energy, and ready to thrive in a target-driven environment.
You don't need loads of sales experience-what matters most is your confidence, attitude, and drive. If you enjoy speaking to people, working towards KPIs, and turning conversations into opportunities, this could be the perfect role for you.
🔑 What You'll Be Doing:
- Calling warm leads and turning interest into opportunities
- Building relationships and understanding customer needs
- Promoting products within the janitorial & cleaning category, with opportunities to cross-sell across a wide product range
- Developing your own pipeline and managing prospects through the sales journey
- Hitting (and exceeding!) KPIs, targets, and performance goals
- Keeping CRM systems up to date with accurate activity and progress

- A confident communicator who enjoys speaking to people
- Proactive, self-motivated, and target-driven
- Someone who thrives working towards KPIs and sales goals
- A positive attitude and willingness to learn
- Resilience and determination-someone who doesn't give up easily
- Backgrounds in sales, retail, customer service, or phone-based roles are a bonus, but not essential
