Blue Arrow are currently hiring for 6 Patient Services Co-ordinators on behalf of a reputable client operating within the healthcare industry.

This opportunity is ideal for individuals looking to secure a customer-facing or office-based position, with a genuine route into a permanent role within a structured and professional setting.


The Role

As a Patient Services Co-ordinator, you will be a key part of a busy support team, assisting patients and internal colleagues with a variety of queries and administrative duties.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Handling incoming and outgoing enquiries via phone, email, and online chat
  • Delivering clear and accurate information while resolving queries in a timely manner
  • Updating and maintaining records across internal systems
  • Carrying out administrative tasks such as data input, document handling, and record management
  • Working towards team and individual KPIs and service targets
  • Ensuring all activities comply with company procedures, regulatory standards, and quality expectations

This is a fast-moving, service-driven role that requires strong organisation, accuracy, and communication skills.


Shift Patterns Available:

  • 6 x Full-Time Roles: Rotating shifts between 8:00am - 8:00pm, including occasional Saturdays (40 hour week)

Candidate Requirements

We are seeking enthusiastic and dependable individuals interested in developing a career within customer service or administration.

Essential Skills:

  • Excellent communication and people skills
  • Strong attention to detail with good organisational ability
  • Comfortable using IT systems and standard office software
  • Professional, reliable, and proactive work ethic
  • Flexible approach to working hours

Desirable:

  • Previous experience within a customer service, contact centre, or office-based environment
