Blue Arrow are currently hiring for 6 Patient Services Co-ordinators on behalf of a reputable client operating within the healthcare industry.
This opportunity is ideal for individuals looking to secure a customer-facing or office-based position, with a genuine route into a permanent role within a structured and professional setting.
The Role
As a Patient Services Co-ordinator, you will be a key part of a busy support team, assisting patients and internal colleagues with a variety of queries and administrative duties.
Key Responsibilities:
- Handling incoming and outgoing enquiries via phone, email, and online chat
- Delivering clear and accurate information while resolving queries in a timely manner
- Updating and maintaining records across internal systems
- Carrying out administrative tasks such as data input, document handling, and record management
- Working towards team and individual KPIs and service targets
- Ensuring all activities comply with company procedures, regulatory standards, and quality expectations
This is a fast-moving, service-driven role that requires strong organisation, accuracy, and communication skills.
Shift Patterns Available:
- 6 x Full-Time Roles: Rotating shifts between 8:00am - 8:00pm, including occasional Saturdays (40 hour week)
Candidate Requirements
